Add the edition of Countermeasure Programs in cockpit via the rearming and refuelling or comms menu. Would be extremely useful for MP.

Many thanks in advance.

You can change the countermeasure settings right now in cockpit.  Here's a short video.  It's in Russian but all you need to know is to go to snap view (Right-Ctrl Num 0) and then press Numpad 5 to bring you to the countermeasures box.  In the F1BE, the countermeasures can be set in the back seat.

@kontiuka thanks for the heads up. I've tried it and the Countermeasures box behind the seat doesn't allow me to change anything. The mouse pointer becomes green when over the dials but right and left click and mouse scroll doesn't work. Any idea on what's happening?

Yup. Make sure the engine is off and the canopy is open.
