AGM-45 when fired turns into another missile

When firing the AGM-45 with the F-4E, it sticks to the aircraft's fuselage and turns into another missile, even causing me to lose control of the plane due to drag. Could this be an interaction with some mod?

Yes. Some mod, like A-4, Su-30, Currenthill mods and others...

Try uninstalling them and seeing if this occurs still. It sounds like a mod conflict of some kind that's causing this issue to occur.

I deleted all mods. Now, I can launch the missiles, but now they turn into other weapon. I'll try a repair and see what happens

I cleaned up the files, and worked!

I kind of wished that you didn't. That's so damn bizarre! I'm curious to know what was causing that.
