Hi

I ve  updated my game yesterday , and it has unfortunately gone wrong .
For some reasons , update and game get stucked ; only way to get out of there, was task manager and stopping DCS ;
then reboot PC .

Now, when i open dcs it will not load anymore it open to the log in (name and pasword still there )  i click ok and then i got this message :

"DX11Renderer error ,  Failed to Read shaders "shaders/enlights/dot.fx.

Last log filed attached .

Thank you very much for further support .

3 suggestions: - remove your A-4 mod

        - check that your antivirus isn't blocking something.  There is an error near the start where it can't find "Serializer.lua" file

        - do a repair of your DCS.  Something might have gotten corrupted in the update.

I've dropped your log into the log analyzer. As expected based on the starting entries in your log file you have corrupted files in your Saved Games\DCS folder. Repairing the game won't fix that.

Config File Corruption

Delete or rename Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\Config\options.lua and try again.

If that still doesn't work then rename your Saved Games\DCS.openbeta folder to DCS.openbeta.old (rename so you can get back your bindings in the Config\Input directory so you don't lose your control bindings)

Can you attach a new log file after replicating the issue now that you have tried renaming Saved Games\DCS and run a repair of the game (did you choose the option to remove files when you ram the repair as well?)

You are also running DCS in the bin-mt folder. Run the one in the bin folder instead, they’re both multithreaded, and bin-mt will be removed in the future.
