PLEASE REMOVE ANY CUSTOM MODS FIRST AND CHECK,
IF THE ISSUE PERSISTS!

If that does not help:
Try a repair.
Delete Saved Games\PD-S2\fxo and metashaders2 and try again.
Next, delete %LOCALAPPDATA%\TEMP\PD-S2 and try again.
Next, try renaming Saved Games\PD-S2 to DCS.old and try again.

We did not find any issues with mods or our system, and this is a server crash, occurs from time to time. Not sure which radio this function is calling (wRadio.dll) wRadioPropagationInterface::update, but It seems to occur after these AI aircraft crash events every time:
