Downed pilots from F-14 and F-4 are not displayed in multiplayer

Downed pilots from F-14 and F-4 are not displayed in multiplayer. This is necessary for CSAR. I usually fly the F-14 and F-4, but today I flew the F-16. I was shot down, I jumped out and the pilot appeared. Before that, I was shot down by F-14 and F-4, but there were no pilots. I used to think that this was a problem DCS were having in multiplayer or CSAR script. But it turns out that there may be a mistake somewhere in HB.

Does this mean pilots can be rescued and brought back to base, by a helicopter?  I've always immediately drowned when ditching in water.

@JupiterJoe The bailout over land is when the pilot can potentially be rescued. Unfortunately, the ejection over water means the virtual pilot disappears.
