Force Wingman to copy player

This is mostly for 16/18.

When I want old school helment. I want my wingman(s) to use the same. As of now he looks stupid, flying around in that ugly JHMCS, while I'm sporting the classic sleek helmet.

Same with the countermeasures. Now with the DTC. At least make the flight use the same as you, even if pure AI flights can't.
