Currently when the flaps are extended and the wings are folded the flaps automatically retract.

 

There are numerous photos of real Corsairs at rest with the wings folded and flaps extended.  In fact, the pilot boarding steps on some later Corsairs is in the right flap, so the flaps need to be down to get into the airplane…

At the moment,  this is intended,  to prevent the animation of the flap rods from breaking.

DCS does not use Inverse Kinmatic Solvers for complex animations.  So we have temporarily did this, until we can find a solution that allows the animation to look correct without breaking it.
