ESAc_flankercobra Posted June 27 Posted June 27 When I started using Simple Radio with the Corsair, I realized that they'd linked the channel presses A, B, C, and D to the wrong C30A dial; and it could be because the M3 manual had confused the two selectors; the one marked C in the image on page 36 of the PDF is the one that actually selects channels A, B, C, and D, and the one marked B is the one that adjusts the tone when you're talking into the handheld mic or the oxygen mask mic, if I'm not mistaken. I assume that the M3 coding of the cockpit also switches them. 1
Dawgboy Posted June 27 Posted June 27 I wasn't able to use latest SRS release with the Corsair in multiplayer (MP). When we key the mic, there's no sound or any other indication we're transmitting and it's all quiet. The only thing we found was mapping VOIP for MP comms. So, it works for you? Maybe we don't have the radio selected properly, it sounds... The only time you have too much fuel is when you're on fire. ============================= AMD 9950X3D CPU, 96Gb RAM// NVIDIA 5090 // SSD only // VKB STECS Mini+ Throttle / TM Warthog FCS / MFG Rudder Pedals / Physical Cockpit // TrackIR or VR// Win11 Pro 64bit //

ESAc_flankercobra Posted June 28 Author Posted June 28 (edited) hace 17 horas, Mistermann dijo: SRS works fine. SRS works, but that rotary that you use to change channels 1, 2, 4 and 4, in my opinion, is not the correct one, they should be changed with the other rotary (A, B, C and D). The rotary 1, 2, 3 and 4; It was the one used when the intensity depended on whether you spoke through the hand microphone or the one with the oxygen mask. Edited June 28 by ESAc_flankercobra 2
ESAc_flankercobra Posted June 28 Author Posted June 28 I think that, if what I think is correct, the problem is with the allocation of pulses by M3 in the Corsair cockpit.
Mistermann Posted June 28 Posted June 28 Well it works is all I know. gcask Posted July 6 Posted July 6 (edited) You're not wrong, for SRS, it's (in part) a gameplay choice: The switch label A/B/C/D is only modeled as a 2-position, hence why SRS uses the other one From what I gather from AN 16-30ARCS-2, we're closer to a C-29 (mention of tone/voice/cw switch in manual) but with the faceplate of a C-30A (p15 of the aforementioned manual).
