Turbonix Posted Friday at 07:03 PM Posted Friday at 07:03 PM Other players´s landing gear not retracting in multiplayer! It is always shown in gears down state. All my squadron mates can confirm this too. Approx. 10-15 pilots. Did anybody of you guys even fly the Corsair in formation with another F4? Cause i cannot find any thread or official notification of this very obvious bug. I think it is even gears down or up, depending on which skin the actual F4U uses.. screenshots following Planes: Bf109, FW190 A8/D9, F4-U Corsair, P51, P47, Spitfire, Mosquito, Mig15, F86, Mig21, F4, F5, F14, F16, F/A18, JF17, UH-1, AH-64, Mi-24, Ka50III Maps: Nevada, Normandy, The Channel, Persian Gulf, Syria, Germany Campaigns: many Hours in game: 3500+ AMD7800X3D RTX4090 64GB RAM Quest3 Win11
_Hoss Posted Friday at 07:15 PM Posted Friday at 07:15 PM We noticed that last night in our group Thursday night flight. Took off from the carrier and everyone's gear was down. This was on the Caucasus map. Some went back to the boat, and some went to a land base. We were all sitting there at the ramp, gear up floating in the air. This completely kills any immersion in an online mission. I've never seen it in an offline mission. Someone didn't do their due diligence in on-line testing of the Hog.... MSE 1 certification needs pulled...... (Mfg Self Examination). JMTCW..... And just in case you lost the last one....... 2 1 Sempre Fortis

Templar560 Posted Friday at 08:14 PM Posted Friday at 08:14 PM We've found this problem too. I wondered if the gear is actually up or down? If it's shown as up but is in fact down could that be causing drag problems?
Slippa Posted Friday at 09:42 PM Posted Friday at 09:42 PM Yep, it’s been mentioned here elsewhere. Threads merged incoming… 2
Turbonix Posted Friday at 11:11 PM Author Posted Friday at 11:11 PM @Templar560 No this issue does not affect aerodynamics. The retracts of the own plane always are shown correctly. It´s just he other guys plane, which just looks damn silly doing 500mph+, nosedive, gear down.. i think it maybe has something to do with a faulty netcode. 1 Planes: Bf109, FW190 A8/D9, F4-U Corsair, P51, P47, Spitfire, Mosquito, Mig15, F86, Mig21, F4, F5, F14, F16, F/A18, JF17, UH-1, AH-64, Mi-24, Ka50III Maps: Nevada, Normandy, The Channel, Persian Gulf, Syria, Germany Campaigns: many Hours in game: 3500+ AMD7800X3D RTX4090 64GB RAM Quest3 Win11
Phoenix FR Posted Saturday at 05:11 AM Posted Saturday at 05:11 AM We already talk about that. I'm surprised we didn't get a hotfix for this problem, as it ruins immersion in multiplayer. 1
