Using VR and Winwing MIP with Helios

Im a complete Noob to this but I have seen people use the Winwing Mip displays in VR with the displays showing video even though Winwing say that 

it wont export the images in VR, Can someone explain the steps to get the Mip displays working in VR using Helios

Any help will be much  appreciated

As MFD export using VR is possible using a monitor config .lua line:

VR_allow_MFD_out_of_HMD = true
