any vr gurus know about diplopia ie double vision?, i never had it with the g2 but im getting it with the crystal super and its giving me headaches. reducing the ipd to minimum 58mm helps a bit but its still there

Pimax QA strikes again…


You likely have defective/improperly installed lenses and will need to work with Pimax to get a replacement unit.

Check with their support first, but I bet this is what happened.

Have you tried to adjust ipd offset. I do not have pimax super. However, I had similar problem with my pimax 8kx.

This video show how to do in the old pimax pitool but in you can also adjust in the pimax play.

 yes iv adjusted the ipd automatically and manually, smaller values improve it but it doesnt go away, close objects are fine but anything any distance away i see 2 of them and cant resolve them into a single object. i just did what that video said and it looked spot on at 0, i was hopeful that might be the issue too 😞
