JF17 Cluster Bombs Falling Short

I've been playing the included weapons qual missions that come with the JF17. The first track is that mission the second track is a quick ME mission starting hot in the air. I tried both missions about 6 times accumulatively and it stays consistently falling short no matter the INS alignment (which should be "perfect" considering its an air start and the target is only a handful of miles away).  I even played around with fuse timing and doesn't help.
