Kobymaru Posted Thursday at 11:38 PM Posted Thursday at 11:38 PM I just did the naughty and ignored the LSO who told me to wave off because the deck was occupied. I got swiftly punished by a crashed game. Looks like it was related 2025-07-24 23:30:20.179 INFO EDCORE (Main): 0x00000000001875c6 (Flight): LSO::updateLSO + 0x1336 2025-07-24 23:30:20.180 INFO EDCORE (Main): 0x000000000015414b (Flight): woATC::Control + 0x62B 2025-07-24 23:30:20.180 INFO EDCORE (Main): 0x00000000000babcf (Transport): wAirService::controlService + 0x2F 2025-07-24 23:30:20.180 INFO EDCORE (Main): 0x00000000000ba3c1 (Transport): wAirService::GetParkingObjID + 0x91 dcs.log dcs.log-20250724-233020.zip .trk file does not exist and is instead a .trk.writing file and 100mb, so I can't attach it. Is it needed?
rob10 Posted yesterday at 12:09 AM Posted yesterday at 12:09 AM Which carrier (Essex carrier has a problem with all users currently and is acknowledged) and are you using Tobi eyetracking (which currently is causing an issue with all carriers, which is reported, but not sure if it's acknowledged)
Islari Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago (edited) Got the same issue, but not only with F-14, F-18 and F-4U. Tested on CV-59, 71, 74, 75, 11. No waveoff related or something else, it crashes when catching the wire Using OpenTrack Will upload a crashlog soon, but interestingly this does not affect a friend with Tobi Eyetracker Game in vanilla, except Winwing hooks for hardware Edited 10 hours ago by Islari VC -> CV
Scotch75 Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago I was able to trap the Corsair on the Essex carrier ok in 2 instant action missions on Marianas WW2. I contacted the CV through the radio and completed the whole process.I was next going to test to see if the CTD occurred when no contact via radio was made to the CV, but I ran out of time. This also happened to me once.Cheers!Sent from my SM-G998B using Tapatalk W10 Home 64Bit, Intel Skylake I5 6600K 3.50GHz, ASUS ROG Stryx Z270F MoBo, 64GB G.Skill RipJaws V DDR4 3200 RAM, Samsung 960 Pro 512GB M.2 SSD (OS), Samsung 850 Pro 512GB SSD, 2TB Seagate SDHD, 2TB WD Green HDD, Gigabyte 3060 12GB VRAM
Tomcatter87 Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago I get CTDs when trapping with the F-14 as well - hope there will be a bugfix soon. Kobymaru Posted 10 hours ago Author Posted 10 hours ago For me the carrier was Roosevelt. Not using Tobi eye tracking, but I am using OpenTrack 2023.2.0
ERIC Posted 10 hours ago Posted 10 hours ago Hello, it's the same for me when the planes hook the cable the game crashes. 2.9.18 12722
Islari Posted 9 hours ago Posted 9 hours ago dcs.log-20250725-161300.zip Update with an immediate action F-14B on CV-59. Crash when wire trap
Yoti Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago (edited) Same here. Crashes every time I trap the cat on the SC. Edited 7 hours ago by Yoti 1

primus_TR Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago Since the last patch, F4U and F14 both cause a DCS crash when the hook grabs the wire.
