MIG29 Radio VChat Freq Change binding

In game how I want to assign a Key binding to Increase/Decrease Radio freq.

Testing shows that the R1 Freq up/Down only changes the Decimal portion of the freq. What keybinding is used to change the leading digits ? ..... so far I cant do it. The only way seems to be by typing in the required freq.
