How far will the features listed in the description be at launch?

Will the module be in the state with the listed features (first person loadie, voiced checklists, dynamic missions) or is this again a EA and the features will come someday in the fuuuuture?

The features that are listed here will all be available on release. The primary reason for the EA launch tag is inclusion (for free) of the MC-130J, which will come a bit later.
