Max ambient temp of 16 degrees (Cent)

I was just building an Iraq mission in Dec 2004.  Apparently, daytime temps were typically 30 degrees.  In the mission editor, I was limited to 16

Hello it seams that the temperatures in December are between 5° and 16°, however the temperatures for July are from 21° and 45°.

Never payed attention to this but there is limitations for Afghanistan map as well (won't check the rest) so in May is from -2° to 43° and December is from -27° to 26°
