Having recently flown an mp session me and my friends noticed that carrier ops are more or less off the hook, as spawn points are on the middle of the deck.
Means: if someone connects and spawns on the servers he will do so right in the middle of the deck, and if someone is about to touch down, he will crash right into him with no chance to turn away etc.

It would be nice that spawn points could be set behind the foul line eg with the "parking" option unlike "start from ramp" where it literatully means on the runway.
Or implement a spawn block of some sorts, where the AI prevents one from spawning when it detects someone approaching the carrier to land, similar lights flick on on caucasus when you approach.

 

Otherwise it simply wont work in mp.
