Iskander won't fire

Hi, first of all thanks for the new units, it was very much needed to get some modern weapons

 

I can't get the Iskander to fire at a point or at a unit/group. What are the min and max launch ranges and are there more things that would prevent it to fire?

Make sure you are within the min and max limits. Use the red and green circles to see where they are. Also make sure you are deployed on a flat surface.
