john_X Posted September 4, 2009 Posted September 4, 2009 the problems i saw at the 3d model seem not to be the only ones. as i said, the conection between the nose and the cockpit is smoother, and the nose of the real plane seems to be even higher. now, the 3d model has some shape differences at the tail that i didnt expect at. the difference of the dimensions of the vertical wing is quite big. and the real plane has a thiner tail...

I don't really know much about mods, but I hope it can be fixed. IIRC, afterburners are a b*tch! Their position cannot be moved and is fixed in their default location. This as an unfortunate problem for many mods. However, I think you can make the AB cone part of the 3d model, and only become visible when the AB is on (different TGA textures for different stages of AB) Just thinking out loud Aero DCS Wishlist: 1) FIX THE DAMN RIVERS!!! 2) Spherical or cylindrical panorama view projection. 3) Enhanced input options (action upon button release, etc). 4) Aircraft flight parameter dump upon exit (stick posn, attitude, rates, accel, control volume, control-surface positions, SAS bias, etc). 5) ADS-33 maneuver courses as static objects. 6) Exposed API or exports of trim position and stick force for custom controllers. 7) Select auto multiple audio devices
