Liam Wonka Posted 10 hours ago Posted 10 hours ago (edited) Hi everyone, I’m Liam Wonka, new to the forum and about 3 months into DCS World. While flying the F/A-18C, I noticed an issue where TrackIR sometimes snaps my view to the wrong position after pausing and unpausing. Instead of restarting the whole mission, I found that pressing F12 (recenter) after pausing TrackIR fixes it right away. It keeps the cockpit view stable and saves me from a lot of frustration. I just thought I’d share in case others encounter the same issue. If there are better fixes or alternative methods, I’d love to learn from the more experienced pilots here. SharpeXB Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago Welcome to DCS Yes that’s what recenter does with TrackIR, very handy. The only improvement suggestion I could make would be to remap that to an easier to find key or stick button than F12. But if that works for you don’t fix what ain’t broke i9-14900KS | ASUS ROG MAXIMUS Z790 HERO | 64GB DDR5 5600MHz | iCUE H150i Liquid CPU Cooler | ASUS TUF GeForce RTX 4090 OC | Windows 11 Home | 2TB Samsung 980 PRO NVMe | Corsair RM1000x | LG 48GQ900-B 4K OLED Monitor | CH Fighterstick | Ch Pro Throttle | CH Pro Pedals | TrackIR 5
