Liam Wonka Posted August 29 Posted August 29 (edited) Hi everyone, Iām Liam Wonka, new to the forum and about 3 months into DCS World. While flying the F/A-18C, I noticed an issue where TrackIR sometimes snaps my view to the wrong position after pausing and unpausing. Instead of restarting the whole mission, I found that pressing F12 (recenter) after pausing TrackIR fixes it right away. It keeps the cockpit view stable and saves me from a lot of frustration. I just thought Iād share in case others encounter the same issue. If there are better fixes or alternative methods, Iād love to learn from the more experienced pilots here. SharpeXB Posted August 29 Posted August 29 Welcome to DCS Yes thatās what recenter does with TrackIR, very handy. The only improvement suggestion I could make would be to remap that to an easier to find key or stick button than F12. Blue skies, Liam Pips NYT Hello there, I personally use the back and forward buttons on my mouse - one to stop tracking and other to reset it. Tried many keyboard combinations and shortcuts but this is most handy as when I turn my head and view in cockpit I'm about to press or interact with something or when I focus on a MFD while listen the explanations from mission or tutorial so everything is bellow my index finger.Ā null Keep the blue side up, CelestHawk Ā Win10 ⢠E5-2698 ⢠64GB ⢠Quadro P4000 Ai-Track ⢠Xbox F-15C ⢠F-16C ⢠F/A-18C || Su-25 ⢠Su-27 ⢠MiG-29 || F-22 ⢠F-15EX ⢠JAS-39 MilitaryAircraftMod ⢠CH-IranĀ ā¢Ā Clean Cockpit Afghanistan ⢠Persian Gulf ⢠Iraq ⢠Syria ā will see
