Pre purchasing mig29A supposed to take this long?

I've purchased and repurchased many DCS modules, but the mig29A fulcrum prepurchase is taking quite a long time to clear. I purchase through PayPal. Hs this been an issue for this module?

Otherwise if you already paid for the preorder you have to wait for the actual module release (and update DCS) which did not happened yet.
