Using the DAMPER button?

Hello,
Is it possible to disable the DAMPER function (despite it being advised against in the manual?)
or will this be possible in a future update?

Press and hold the AFCS MODES OFF button for a few seconds, it’s the red one on the stick. After a few seconds of it being held you’ll see the green light on the DAMPER button turn off
