Mission Statement: The mission of v3MAW is to create a virtual air wing that emphasizes recruiting talented individuals who are tactically and technically proficient in their designated airframe, to conduct organized aerial operations through the full spectrum of modern warfare while adhering to high standards, and to foster an environment of growth by utilizing thorough debriefs for the betterment of all involved. v3MAW was born out of a passion for flying while setting high expectations for the ones around us, as well as out of frustrations from other groups we were a part of. We identified issues that we had within other DCS groups, and have made it our mission to correct those issues while forming this group. We are all about having fun, <profanity>-talking, posting memes, etc., within the group, but from the briefing, throughout the entirety of the flight, and the following debrief, we are consummate professionals. The joy we get from DCS is derived from flying with high-caliber pilots who strive for excellence and are constantly looking for ways to improve themselves and the organization they are a part of. We are currently seeking Fa-18c Hornet pilots that are highly skilled with the aircraft. We are looking for highly committed pilots, that pride themselves on being tactically and technically proficient in the jet. We are being very selective about who we bring in to the group. We're looking for guys that we vibe with, on top of being excellent pilots.
