CMDS File?

I was looking for a file that alteration of the countermeasures without having to use the DTC but I do not see a file like most of the other modules have.

Any suggestions?

What’s wrong with DTC? But yes, I can’t see anything in LUA either 

Not exactly helpful but I think the default/lowest value program is best all around program anyways
