Blueleader Posted Wednesday at 09:40 PM Posted Wednesday at 09:40 PM (edited) I noticed a display brightness problem after the implementation first-person view Visor effect with update 2.9.21.16362. Appearance of two lighter bands at each end, only in first-person view Is there a solution to fix the problem or disable this function ? Edited Thursday at 04:35 AM by Blueleader 4
FlyAnyTime Posted Thursday at 03:39 PM Posted Thursday at 03:39 PM (edited) Same issue here with DCS/2.9.21.16362 (x86_64; MT; Windows NT 10.0.26120),while toggling visor will clear it, I would also prefer the entire view be included with visor down. I am using 3 4K screens as well. Edited Thursday at 03:40 PM by FlyAnyTime 2
MAXsenna Posted Thursday at 05:55 PM Posted Thursday at 05:55 PM (edited) Probably not a bug and actually intentional, like wearing sunglasses. But I can see why this is irritating. Maybe one for the wishlist? Edited 5 hours ago by MAXsenna
TBarina Posted Saturday at 09:01 PM Posted Saturday at 09:01 PM Same problem here in triple screen. How can be said it not to be a bug? I've never seen a pilot wearing rectangular squared glasses!! Simply they are ignoring triple screens and don't test properly. At least we need an option to adjust it. Ryzen 7 5800X3D, MSI RTX 4090, 64GB DRAM, 2 x 1TB SSD, Triple Monitor 1920x1080p, Win11-Home

The overlay that reduce brightness wasn't made to take into consideration triple screens. I hope ED is fixing it soon. Maybe it is very simple to do. 1
TBarina Posted yesterday at 08:44 AM Posted yesterday at 08:44 AM Furthermore, F18 pilots don't wear goggles. It's a full-face visor. I think it's foolish to keep posting stupid excuses for ED's numerous errors. 1 Ryzen 7 5800X3D, MSI RTX 4090, 64GB DRAM, 2 x 1TB SSD, Triple Monitor 1920x1080p, Win11-Home
