Once again i had stutters and staggering.

reinstalled my old DCS exe special short-cut that disables all e-cores during game play, IMO the easiest way.

How? Create a desktop shortcut for DCS. then paste this line in to the top target boc:

C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe /c start "DCS" /affinity FF "F:\- DCS World Openbeta\bin\DCS.exe"

(F:\- DCS World Openbeta\bin\DCS.exe is my game's location)

PS: thus meant for Intel i-processors only;
The FF is for an 8 main core processor like my 14900K, disables  all the E-cores. F would be for a 4 maincore processor.

Honestly, wouldn't recommend this, and definitely not verbatim, and not as the first thing to do with zero analysis. The values for this shortcut param can differ between CPUs so FF may not be appropriate for everybody.

Stutters can be caused by numerous different problems, e.g. core parking, exports, mouse polling, etc. Process affinity is not a silver bullet. With no log file it's hard to tell what your original problem might have been.

Well, for me it works with DCS, and i even bought Project Lasso for core parking.

CPU 0-7 are only active with DCS running with this command.. exit DCS and the situation is normal again.
