Place them on the ground in the mission editor nearby. Go to the Stage tab in the cargo menu. Click the one you want. Go back to load.

Oh really???? What about people? Say I want to load a SF ODA or Delta team with a couple of vehicles, a pallet of ammo, and land in a random place and use triggers to set up a small COP, would that be possible? Or a FARP?
