Lionman Posted September 1, 2009 Posted September 1, 2009 (edited) I recently purchased the really excellent DCS Black Shark ringback manual having already purchased DCS Black Shark as a download on 01-02-2009I although it proved impossible to get it running under Windows VISTA 32 BIT Ultimate Edition. Recently, due to a malfunction, both my internal and external hard disks failed and required a reformat during which I lost my download and it's back-up on the external HD. Now I have installed Windows 7 64 BIT on the reformatted HDs and it runs all my simulators without any of the problems I had with VISTA Ultimate Edition but although I wish to re-install DCS Black Shark I cannot find any link on the website or my account to re-download my purchase. !. How and where can I re-download my purchased software? 2. Can I upgrade to the boxed DVD version by paying an extra fee in case this happens again? The receipts and transaction details remain on this website of course. Nate--IRL-- Posted September 1, 2009 Posted September 1, 2009 Log in to the DCS website. Go to Files then Products and redownload the files. It will always be there for redownload. Nate Edit:- The boxed DVD version is that same as the download except on a disk.
