Hot to Calculate the estimated flight time.

Do you guys know about a formula/device that can give you the estimated remaining flight time base on the current fuel quantity and air speed?

Your ABRIS can basically do that.

I normally work on the principle that it burns around 700-750kg/hr

 

According to the manual it burns 137 gallons/hr (per engine) at take off power. Which would equate to roughly 807kg/hr total if you run at take off power.

 

Based on 1USG weighing 6.5lbs.

 

Edit: Airspeed tends not to play that much of a part as it will all depend on what sort of an environment you're in and whether you are running it at proper cruise power etc etc. Personally I find it much better just to work on the principle of x/hr.
