charged twice?

I, have been charged twice for BS. Who do I contact? tks Doug.

In these cases you'd want to contact who ever you bought the game from. So if you got it from D2D you'll want to contact them. Or if you got it from the main site here you'll want to contact them (you can find their info in the nice little button that says "contact us" on the main site).

 

In my experience it's rare that you get double charged, but when it does happen it's normally sorted out, so there shouldn't be much to worry about.

Rare as it may be, alas I am the poor fellow in distress. I have already tried your advice but I cannot send them an e-mail. It keeps asking for my outlook express login. Anyway around this? tks Doug

If I understand you right I think thi sis your problem with sending email:

 

If you are just clicking on email link sometime OS will want to open Outlook and send email from there. Why don't you just copy the email address and open what ever email program/web you use and paste email address there...
