eladerman Posted April 8, 2005 Posted April 8, 2005 People, I found out the hard way. I'm writing this to help someone avoid doing what I did. I used paypal to pay for FC, when it takes you to the last page (right after you hit the "Pay" button) there is a link over at the right of the page , under where it says save your info, IT SAYS " GO BACK TO MERCHANT". Well folks, you MUST hit that link and you will be taken back to the lockon FC downloads page and can then download the software. When I first paid yesterday, I didn't do that , I hit "back" on my browser.--WRONG. It will go back alright, but it won't recognize that you have paid, unless you use the link on the paypal screen. I have now paid twice for lockkon( 70 $ US) . I am now going to try and get refunded for the first time I paid for FC and I didn't hit that "go back to Merchant " button. I paid for it last night and used the link and all is fine --I downloaded it , and it runs fine.--NOW I have to get that extra 35$ back !!!!
