rld1 Posted September 24, 2009 Posted September 24, 2009 (edited) I'd like to use the mini-axis micro stick for slewing the shkval, but having no luck. It's nearly impossible to control. I tried sensitivity, & curve adjustments. I can slow it down, no fine travel. Never mind it was a calibration problem. Edited September 25, 2009 by rld1
Maximus_G Posted October 12, 2009 Posted October 12, 2009 A question to the owners - does it behave like an analogue stick, i.e. does the cursor movement speed depend on ministick declination from center position?
Gadroc Posted October 12, 2009 Posted October 12, 2009 I had problems with the default profile that came with the G940. I fixed them by re-calibrating the mini-stick and then widening the dead band in the center by 5 to 10% in each direction. Works pretty good now.
ericinexile Posted October 12, 2009 Posted October 12, 2009 Mini-stick drifts wildly for me. No setting helps. If I use one of the SDK calibration programs that came with the software, the mini is extremely accurate with liquid smooth, linear values from center to edge. But in DCS it's ugly, mainly in X. Smokin' Hole My DCS wish list: Su25, Su30, Mi24, AH1, F/A-18C, Afghanistan ...and frankly, the flight sim world should stop at 1995.
morg Posted October 12, 2009 Posted October 12, 2009 I have the same problem as ericinexile. It works perfect in in the calibration programs but major issues in DCS. It also works nice in Falcon4
