vyper Posted December 8, 2009 Posted December 8, 2009 Hi there, I know i should read more posts but I'm too impatient to get started. I had issues installing the game (a dud DVD drive, etc) so I've been at it for hours with not much to show. But it's going now and i'm trying to navigate my mouse around the cockpit and i can't figure out how to centre my mosue without dragging the whole screen with it. So some controls i can only see when my mouse is not near them. Hope that makes sense. Anyway I've been following a yout tube start up video to click things to get the chopper going and it's very addictive. I've almost got it... Would help if i could control the screen a bit more with my mouse. cheers,
Panzertard Posted December 8, 2009 Posted December 8, 2009 LALT+C one, two, three times gives you different "mouse look" modes. Maybe you could try them. :) The mind is like a parachute. It only works when it's open | The important thing is not to stop questioning
vyper Posted December 8, 2009 Author Posted December 8, 2009 Brilliant. I knew it had to be an easy answer. :D
bradleyjs Posted June 30, 2010 Posted June 30, 2010 (edited) Version 1.0.2 EN -- I've tried the LALT+C several times and the "mouse look" doesn't let me "pan" the the cockpit... Am I missing something? I can click on everything but just can't "look" around the cockpit; except in the 3rd mode/state Edited July 1, 2010 by bradleyjs Alienware Area 51 R5 - Intel i9 7980XE (4.7 GHz), 32GB Dual Channel HyperX DDR4 XMP, Dual NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti Graphics 11GB GDDR5X SLI, 4.5 TB combo of SSDs/HDDs, Alienware 1500 Watt Multi-GPU Power Supply, Alienware 25” 240Hz Gaming Monitor, Alienware Pro Gaming Keyboard, TM HOTAS, TM Cougar F-16C MFDs, Saitek Pro Flight Rudder Pedals, TrackIR5, Win10 Pro x64
Trainzak Posted July 29, 2013 Posted July 29, 2013 In BS2 1.2.5, the Camera Pan Mode, that I have mapped to middle mouse button, does nothing. Is there any way to move around the cockpit with mouse? TurboHog Posted July 29, 2013 Posted July 29, 2013 off-topic but since the question is already answered let me just add this: FacetrackNoIr. Only requires a webcam and it's an awesome TrackIR alternative. You will never go back. 'Frett'
