Boulund, on fuel costs I did run some rough estimates earlier in this thread. It's a lot. :)

 

I don't think the Su27 has gone through type certification here though, so you would probably have to X-class it to be allowed to fly it here - though there might be a way to temporarily fly it here on an american registration until that paperwork is done.

 

The engines on those aircraft were overhauled, not changed, so they do have limited use left.

I would buy this:

 

Su-22 (12.500$)

But I need AL-21F-3 cause it's w/o engine. So if anybody got such engine I'm interested!

Just imagine how many money would be for fuel to flyin' ;)

Frazer, let's get the priorities straight:

 

If you actually get 5 million, you first need to get VFAT transmitting live over BBC, CNN o/and other major channels. Then, if after you actually have 5 million spare, you go after the Su-27 :D
