Panzertard Posted January 18, 2010 Posted January 18, 2010 Questions/Tasks for you: 1. Do you have any Event Viewer, Application Events - at the time you fail to start DCS? I dont using 1.0.1c now,? i just install the first game, patches come later Install the 1.0.1c English version - it changes the EXE (and starforce), it may change how your game works on your PC. And you keep saying "c/games" etc, but I assume you mean "C:\etcetc"? (You shouldnt be able to use "/" in folder-paths) The mind is like a parachute. Need to know if *you* have such errors in *your* Event Viewer->Applications logs. Red X icons, with DCS.exe or LAUNCHER.exe errors. "Why" doesn't 1.0.1c Work? - Can't install the patch? - Can install, but the problem is still the same? EtherealN Posted January 18, 2010 Posted January 18, 2010 No-one can say if there will "ever" be a DCS:AH64D. It might happen. But in the close future it is very unlikely, because the D model is very secret. But AH64A is possible. 26-J39 Posted January 22, 2010 Posted January 22, 2010 118461, the link you provided in post#1 http://forum.rigsofrods.com/index.php?topic=18265.0;topicseen mentions the error could be due to lack of CPU SSE2 support, have you checked BIOS to see if it's enabled? This may help also: http://www.cybertechhelp.com/forums/showthread.php?p=867113
