Spidey209 Posted January 22, 2010 Posted January 22, 2010 I can accept that vulching is bad online ettiquette BUT ... ... is it bad ettiquette load up a bunch of runway cratering bombs and take out the opposing side's airfield?
Moa Posted January 22, 2010 Posted January 22, 2010 Most servers allow cannon or A2G for vulching, just not air-to-air. Cratering bombs don't directly kill player aircraft so are usually allowed. Note that when a player exits a mission and comes back in they don't see the craters anymore (just as crashed aircraft on the runway are re-set for them). 1
Udat Posted January 22, 2010 Posted January 22, 2010 Vulching with a fully loaded A-10 might just be the most fulfilling thing you can possibly DO in multiplayer.. 6 AGM-65K's, 6+ rockeyes, some rockets and that big Avenger can seriously ruin the day of a bustling enemy airbase :) Just don't expect getting there to be a walk in the park, even with fighter escort and SEAD-equipped T-frogs on your wing. 159th_Viper Posted January 22, 2010 Posted January 22, 2010 No that's not bad ettiquette......it's called war! Servers that don't allow this, I choose not to fly on them. It's not even that..........It's a Product of P*#*-Poor Mission Design ;) Bases should be Adequately Defended - Fullstop! That, Coupled with a Permanent Sub-10 Weed-Fix will definitely help.
