T-Bone Posted January 29, 2010 Posted January 29, 2010 He was the executive producer of LOMAC 1.0 when it came out in 2003. Where is he nowadays? I remember he was working on DCS for a while before dropping off the radar completely. Maybe he just moved on with life after UBISoft decided to drop LOMAC? Manlyman Posted January 29, 2010 Posted January 29, 2010 Is this the T-Bone that I knew from the F4 days long ago? Manlyman
Nate--IRL-- Posted January 29, 2010 Posted January 29, 2010 I believe he got into the military side of simulations, and was involved with ED's participation in the Desktop simulator program for the USAF and Air national guard. Boneski Posted January 29, 2010 Posted January 29, 2010 (edited) The last time I visited Total Immersion he was doing big things there with very a talented group of folks. Edited January 29, 2010 by Boneski My mission is to fly, fight, and win. o-:|:-o What I do is sometimes get a tin of soup, heat it up, poach an egg in it, serve that with a pork pie sausage roll.
T-Bone Posted January 29, 2010 Author Posted January 29, 2010 http://www.linkedin.com/in/carlcnorman I just google stalked him, looks like he's doing some DoD stuff now. @Manlyman: I played F4 for a long time and made a skyfix, edited the explosion graphics, and helped do the ODS terrain so I think I remember you from combatsim.com, Frugalsworld, or Simhq? I got sidetracked by IL-2 for a while and then got back into F4AF, and then into LOMAC FC. I'm looking forward to FC 2.0! Manlyman Posted January 29, 2010 Posted January 29, 2010 Yeah, it was the explosion graphics that I remember. Good to see you still around. I have had BS for a year now and just now getting into it. Had to replace my rudder peddles to fly this thing. Helos, what a chore to learn. Manlyman
T-Bone Posted January 29, 2010 Author Posted January 29, 2010 FC and BS have some sweet explosions compared to F4 lol [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Asus G72GX | CPU: Core 2 Duo Overclocked @ 2.9Ghz | Memory 6GB DDR2 | Graphics Card: nVidia GTX 260m 1GB | OS: Windows 7 Home Premium | Monitor: Samsung 32" LCD LOMAC 1.0 to FC 1.12 System RIP (2003-2010) | AMD Athlon 64 3000+ overclocked to 2565MHz | NVidia Geforce 7800 GS AGP 256 MB | 1GB Kingston PC2700 DDR DRAM | Windows 2000 with SP4
GGTharos Posted January 29, 2010 Posted January 29, 2010 Carl was involved with LO and FC, but never with DCS. He was the executive producer of LOMAC 1.0 when it came out in 2003. Where is he nowadays? I remember he was working on DCS for a while before dropping off the radar completely. Maybe he just moved on with life after UBISoft decided to drop LOMAC?
