Predator-78 Posted March 9, 2010 Posted March 9, 2010 Hello boys, unfortunately since I bought my copy online for Black Shark for technical reasons I have exhausted my activation keys. I sent an email to technical support to receive a new key but I have not yet been answered. I would like to know how to do if I were to uninstall my operating system in the future not to lose an activation of my copy of BS. Is there any way in particular? We hope that the technical support answer me as soon as possible, otherwise I can not use my copy ... Thanks :megalol: CPU: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700K 3.60 GHz - DDR4 64,0 GB - MSI RTX3080ti - Win 11 64bit
Nate--IRL-- Posted March 9, 2010 Posted March 9, 2010 If you are installing your OS you can deactivate using the Protect.exe in the Black shark Bin folder. This will give you a code that will allow you to reactivate without using a new activation. Also here are the correct emails and info you need to request new activations. http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=27746 Nate Ka-50 AutoPilot/stabilisation system description and operation by IvanK- Essential Reading

Could you be more clear, thanks. CPU: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700K 3.60 GHz - DDR4 64,0 GB - MSI RTX3080ti - Win 11 64bit
Nate--IRL-- Posted March 9, 2010 Posted March 9, 2010 (edited) When you activate you use the code you get from ED, lets say its 123456. You can use this to activate 8 times (I think). However you can deactivate the code to preserve the activation you are currently on (1 of 8 ) When you deactivate you get a number like 123456:0001. You can do this so you stay on your first activation. Eg Activate the code 123456 (1 of 8 activations used) Deactivate 123456, receive deactivation code 123456:0001 -Format, re-install OS, install Black Shark. Activate using 123456:0001 (still only 1 of 8 activation used) -Need to reinstall windows..... Deactivate 123456:0001, receive deactivation code 123456:0002 Format, re-install OS, install Black Shark. Activate using 123456:0002 (still only 1 of 8 activation used) -Hard Drive failures, reinstall windows, No deactivation possible Activate using 123456 (2 of 8 activations used) Edit:- It is explained much better in the FAQ --> http://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=568704&postcount=3 Nate Edited March 9, 2010 by Nate--IRL-- Ka-50 AutoPilot/stabilisation system description and operation by IvanK- Essential Reading
EtherealN Posted March 10, 2010 Posted March 10, 2010 It is also explained in the Quick Start Manual (refer to your start menu folder). That said, Nate has it pretty much nailed. Boulund Posted March 10, 2010 Posted March 10, 2010 (As far as I know there is no deactivation code since the update of the protection scheme since Black Shark version 1.0.1. Then you just deactivate your activation and then activate it again using the original serial again. Also, I think it should be noted that every deactivation reduces the remaining deactivations available (if I remember correctly, you where given 10 deactivations in total)).
