FC2.0 installation bug

Bug description:

there is a file with "?" symbol that windows os can not allow presentation in a file name, which interrupts the installationprogress.

Steps to reproduce / Conditions of occurence

when installing the fc2.0

i think you may not test fc2.0 in a English os so this happens.

i use simplified Chinese windows 7 os
