Purchase Site Login Issues

Just went to the purchase site to pick up a FC2 download but had some interesting issues. When trying to register with the site it told me my hitchhikingflatlander@yahoo.com address was already in use. No big deal I thought, I couldn't remember setting the account up but I used the "forgot your password" option and all was seemingly well. I checked my email that gave me the username and password I used and this is where the problem comes up.

 

My login name is: hitchhikingflatlander

 

problem is it wont let me enter the "r" at the end even though it let me set up an account using the full name. Can someone fix this or reset my email address so I can re-register? My only other email account is for work and I can't use that for purchasing games. I really don't want to set up a generic email account just so I can purchase the game!

Anyone? I know you're busy but just a "Looking into it" would be nice. It's a pretty stupid issue anyways why on earth would you set up a site where users can register with usernames longer than the login process will allow?

 

My user name is one letter too long will it be a big deal to reset the email address I signed up with or should I just set up a generic email account just to buy the game?

 

If I could get a quick answer on the last bit I'd really appreciate it!
