Game flight mode - rookie2rookie

New to this flightsim I spend hours trying to land the Su-25 until I stumbled upon the Game flight mode checkmark under the Gameplay difficulties.

 

Default this checkmark is set making a Su-25 act like a soaringplane unable to bleed off speed and altitude.

 

This might have been discussed elsewhere but unable to locate a suitable thread I just want to make sure that fellow pilots don't wast hours dealing with this issue.

Yeah I was Playing BS thinking I was getting the hang of it, went into MP mode and sucked my own will, wondering what was going on I seen the gameplay tab checked it out, I was in arcade mode the entire time...............Now I'm goingt to flight school:pilotfly:
