Wierd Blue Screen

I am new to the Lock-on Series and I have Lock-On 1.02 installed with no mods. It seems that every time I end a mission I get this weird blue screen (see picture below) and I am forced to restart my PC. Sometimes the menu is there other times its not.

 

 

 

My PC specs are:

AMD Phenom 4 Quad 3.2 Ghz

4 GB ram

ATI 1GB 4870 w/Cat 10.3 drivers

OS: WinXP 32bit Sp3

I haven't played v1.02 in years so I can't recall if it's in options or not. It looks like you have it running as windowed. See if there is a selection for full screen in options.
