Thumper Posted April 23, 2010 Posted April 23, 2010 I recently purchased a LOMAC Gold CD and installed it. Disk 1 seems to install okay, Disk 2 (Flaming Cliffs) does not install and actually hangs Windows XP. I guess I need to get Flaming Cliffs working because its required for Flaming Cliffs 2 - right? I've also noticed that the Saitek X45 joystick is extremly sensitive in the game and unflyable - I haven't found a fix yet. Any help on these issues would be appreciated. Thanks
GGTharos Posted April 23, 2010 Posted April 23, 2010 No, you only need original LOMAC for FC2. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Reminder: SAM = Speed Bump :D I used to play flight sims like you, but then I took a slammer to the knee - Yoda
element1108 Posted April 23, 2010 Posted April 23, 2010 Did you install the patch? 1.12 a or b depending what region you're in. ??
Speedbrake Posted April 23, 2010 Posted April 23, 2010 (edited) As for your stick, did you go to the axis commands and make an adjustment to the axis curve shape, i.e. put in a 10-15 dead zone. I had to do that for my Couger system because of the sensitivity. Options, Controls, Axis Commands, Fine Tune You need to highlight which axis and go through them one at a time for pitch, roll, and yaw (rudder). And, the way it looks it is set-up you might need to do that for each aircraft. I don;t know for sure as I only made my adjustments to the A-10A so far. Edited April 24, 2010 by Speedbrake
