Question about replay's modes

I have question about replay a track, as you can see in the following video (from 7:32 to the end) there is a replay feature that I don't know hot to activate.

 

 

I know how to save and replay tracks, but I would like to know how to see the tracks in that particular manner. It is pretty useful to see your mistakes or what was wrong in the mission.

 

would be anybody so kind of explain me how to activate that replay mode?:helpsmilie:
