More Modman Questions!

1) So when I click on a mod to look at it, the writing on the left is in a different language.(French, I think) I just want to know if that is normal or I accadently clicked something.

 

2) Is there a mod where you can fly new planes or something? I thought I saw people talking about it but I don't know.(I'm still kind of new so please try to be simple!)
