71st_Mastiff Posted May 18, 2010 Posted May 18, 2010 Hi tried it last night. I had no way of changing weapons out, When I spawned on the Farp, I had 2 UPKs23 and one BA20 rocket pod the right pylon was missing the rockets. I had to jettison the weapons load and ferry my arse over to Sakumi and rearm and fuel there. Case Posted May 18, 2010 Posted May 18, 2010 I had to jettison the weapons load and ferry my arse over to Sakumi and rearm and fuel there. What for?!? Didn't you read the brief? It is a MULTIPLAYER mission, where the choppers mark targets (using the rockets) for the Su-25... There are only 10 types of people in the world: Those who understand binary, and those who don't.
71st_Mastiff Posted May 18, 2010 Posted May 18, 2010 you try to fly an unbalanced helicopter so I tried to add another rocket pod to balance the helicopter but there was no response from the crew. but unable. I'll try agian.:pilotfly: What for?!? Didn't you read the brief? Grimes Posted May 18, 2010 Posted May 18, 2010 you try to fly an unbalanced Even with a perfectly weight distributed payload I am all over the place! I really don't think it would be any worse if the payload was balanced  The right man in the wrong place makes all the difference in the world. The inability to change weapons at the FARP is intended.
71st_Mastiff Posted May 18, 2010 Posted May 18, 2010 Ok I see why you did it this way, I can't selct individual rocket pods so I see why...:joystick: The reason I used only one rocket pod was for the ability to fire single rockets.
