GrowlTiger2010 Posted June 26, 2010 Posted June 26, 2010 Does anyone know how Black Shark considers the vrious buttons and sliders of the X52? When I try to assign an X52 button or slider I see a list of joystick button names that look like JOY_BTN109. For instance if I wish to assign "Collective Up" to the action of pulling back the Z Axis slider I can't identify which button (name) does what. Is there a list somewhare that identifies how Black Shark names the buttons and sliders?
Bucic Posted June 26, 2010 Posted June 26, 2010 Use the assign command button and press the button you wish to assign or move an axis. It will be automatically detected and named. See the GUI manual in the Doc folder of the game or in the Start Menu. Also search for a trick that allows to map more buttons. Panzertard will know for sure. The other approach is tu use Saitek SST suite and one of user profiles (see my sig). Booger Posted June 26, 2010 Posted June 26, 2010 The other approach is tu use Saitek SST suite and one of user profiles (see my sig). ...which is the far better option. Program your buttons in your HOTAS software instead of the controls options. It's MUCH easier to manage.

Of course it is. Plus it gives at least 3 times more controls to map.
