It is not always 3 mins, sometimes I take off just after I am in the mission and all is OK, sometimes it isn't. Reminder: Fighter pilots make movies. Bomber pilots make... Whether you take the full time taxing to the runway, or takeoff faster but just keep a climb with no bank you should fine.
