Joystick very sensitive

Hi all i am using a logitech extreme 3d pro but it is very sensitive on every plane,does anyone use this joystick and if so how did they overcome this problem if you may had it?:helpsmilie::helpsmilie::helpsmilie:

Options -> controls -> second drop-down menu: axis commands -> select axis and click axis tune. Set a bit of a deadzone and a bit of curvature for pitch, bank and yaw axis. repeat this for each aircraft (first drop-down menu)
